I was taken aback by the lack of knowledge this person showed as she is supposedly an expert in this field. I hope it was lack of knowledge and not an attempt at deception. She assumed I had no knowledgeof the items I presented to her and she was sorely mistaken. I was totally unimpressed not only with her shop, but with her limited expertise.
