I never had any trouble when I go in there to get parts. I usually have alot on my mind about other jobs, so I have a hard time explaining some parts . They are very understanding about that and helpful.

This is the only store where I have had a guy look me straight in the face and tell me that he wou'd not sell me a part. Yup, you heard me right. Wouldn't sell me the part and claimed that I needed a HVAC licence to purchase a gas valve. Was VERY rude about it and seemed more interested in talking to his coffee buddies than running a business. That's what I get for trying to support a local business. I decided to just order the part online from APEX Controls.
