MISSING FOOD

At about 5:45 pm on 5-14-08 my husband came to your restaurant and ordered a happy meal, three fish filets and a large fry...the barbecue sauce for the mcnuggets was opened and leaking all over the place! AND there were no fries with the sandwiches. THIS IS THE FOURTH TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO US!!!. The first time two quarter pounders were missing from the bags, the second time fries...the third time a whole Happy Meal was missing from our order and today again fries.... Normally we check our orders but occasionally forget or have such a large order we don't realize something is missing until we get it home (20 minutes later). Frankly - we shouldn't have to check to make sure everyting is there. Doesnt your organization have a policy for making sure the order is filled completely? Don't you have a QA process??? By the time we get home and realize the food is missing its 20 minutes. If we go back for the fries - the rest of our meal will be cold. You don't forget to charge us but you can't remember to put the food in the bag? C'mon - either you are deliberately stealing money from customes or you have morons who work for you. I can understand if someone makes a mistake once but four times since February...I doubt we will be back!!!
