Don't Move to Chateau Village Apartments

I've had nothing but problems with the management of Chateau Village. My apartment was seriously damaged by another tenant living in the building. They did not do A SINGLE THING for us. The management are all very rude and very unprofessional. They will say and do ANYTHING to get people to live there. Thats why they recently allowed pets, i.e. dogs. Because their buildings were empty, they needed a new gimmick to attract tenants. I would not recommend anyone live there. I have a friend moving from there that agrees. Please don't waste your time or money... they have fees for everything to get as much money from you as they can!

Say No to Chateau Village

Chateau Village has an awful management team!! They'll charge you fees left and right. Their maintenance workers don't respond to any calls for problems. WORSE DECISION FOR AN APARTMENT!!!! Don't choose them!!!!

I Hate Chateau!

In the 12 months that I lived at Chateau or "Shiteau" as we called it, we suffered problem after problem! I wouldn't suggest anyone live there and I definitely am not recommending it to family and friends, or anyone for that matter. The people who run the place are a joke... It's like going to the zoo and watching the chimpanzees! They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS!!!!!!

Don't Move To Chateau!!

Was not happy with Chateau. Poor maintenance team, nothing got fixed or addressed in a timely manner. Rude unprofessional management! Will try to fee you any way they can (don't be a minute late or they'll take you to court!!) They DON'T care about the tenants. Was not happy at all, find someplace else. They have a lot if issues to address (and employees to replace) before they will get better (if THATS possible!) Save your money and go somewhere else, this place SUCKS!!!
