While the location is great, the staff is very unfriendly and if you want to deal with anyone above a "secretarial" level they make sure they're well hidden when problems arise. Management is very unwilling to listen to complaints, if you can even get that far. Make sure you like your neighbors because their music, smoke, smells, etc. will become yours due to paper thin walls.
