2 months messing around with a broken fridge!!!

Vic's was called out to check out my fridge problem. They did $500 worth of work without consulting me and fooled around with my fridge for 2 months and couldn't fix it, tried to trick me into paying them...

2 Months of Hell

Called Vic's out to check broken fridge. They did $500 work without getting my approval. The fridge only cost $1000 new, 5 yrs ago! In 2 months of followup and waiting for them to show up and replace even more parts, they could never fix it. It was a poor quality fridge, the lightening caused it, whatever...after 2 months I finally got them to agree to remove all the parts they had replaced in their attempt to act like they knew what they were doing. They tried to pressure me into paying them even though they never fixed the thing. The new guy spent an hour to find the simple problem and get it back up and running like new! Now Vics is threatening to put a lien on my house since I will only pay the service fee. I had a poor customer experience from the first call and regret not going with my gut and canceling. It will only get worse since they are now taking me to court.
