Very Badly Overrated

It has been just over a month since I had my hair colored by Shannon,one of the salon's most highly rated stylists. I asked for my base to be a dark "brunette", with some carmel and blondes on top. I asked for definition and chunks. I told her I did not want it to just look light all over. She spent a long time and much energy on my hair and when it was done it looked EXACTLY like it did when I walked in. She knew I was angry, she made no attempt to apologize, did not offer to fix it and then tried to convince me it looked "great". She even got coworkers to agree. I was very clear in the beginning and as I was hustled out of the salon that I don't want to be a dull, drab, overprocessed "blond". My best suggestion to anyone considering using them, is be sure you walk by and look in the windows at the stylists because all you will see are dull, shine-free, drab, overprocessed blondes. And, as for their "New York" training, maybe they should take a walk in Manhattan, buy a few fashion mags, and get on board with the dark world

Very Unique

K & K is a great place. They always have fresh white roses and the latest Us Weekly on hand. All the hair dressers train at Bumble in NYC and it shows, the work is some of the best I've ever had. Definitely...
