Person below has the wrong dentist

I just have to respond to the negative feedback left. I think the person made a mistake and has the wrong office. There is no Dr. Chancellor at this office and there is no Salem hospital anywhere near Windermere, FL. The Dr.s at this office are upbeat and professional.

I strongly DO NOT recommend this dentistry

Dr. Chancellor and staff does not show any real sincere concern for patients' needs or questions. I booked an appointment to look into a problem that was continually getting worse and was very worried that potentially I'll be needing a more serious treatment and care. After the appointment, in which Dr. Chancellor did a basic procedure, I suffered through a lot of pain. I was told that it was normal and that the pain was to go away after 3-4 weeks! I went to a different dentist to get a different opinion and found out it was very serious and I have an appointment at the Salem Hospital to see a specialist. Dr. Chancellor and staff seemed only eager to get payment. I will never go back again and I do not recommend any body else to go there.
