Very Bad Expereince

My vehicle was repaired or so I thought, I realized over time that the body repairs had caused three major problems. As a matter of information this was an insurance repair. My 1999 Chevrolet Malibu was hit in the right rear, causing sever damage to the body and rear suspension the wheel was actually hit as well. I received the vehicle after the completed repairs where finished, the right rear door would not close properly, over a short period of time my repair technician noticed the tires were not wearing properly, as a matter of information he recommended Ellmore Collision. He talked to the owner Vince Ellmore to his surprise he told him "We are not going to do anything about the wheel alignment it was done by an alignment shop we always use and we never have problems" I'm 74 years old my auto mechanic friend was appalled with Mr. Ellmores response, he checked the alignment at his shop and made the correct adjustments he also adjusted the right rear door. He also made repairs to a defective fuel pump wiring harness caused by Ellmore's bad workmanship. I would seriously stay clear of this establishment

Horrible Company! Don't Use!

They over charge and lie about everything! I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy! They even made on delaware happenings wish I would have read that first.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! PLEASE

The over charge for towing and have even taken cars when told not too! They are also known for blatantly lying and have been caught do this. This is last company I would use they are not worth it!
