GREAT place to live!

Usually people only give reviews about things that they DON'T like, but I thought I'd throw in my two cents about something I do like. I've lived at Brandywine Hundred for the past year and I love it! The staff is helpful, I have awesome neighbors, the grounds are really pretty, and my rent is very reasonable, especially considering all the great amenities that are included. What more could I ask for? I would recommend Brandywine Hundred to anyone looking to rent in the Wilmington area.

Not a good place

Not a good place for a family to live-lots of crime in the area and apratments are not kept up by the Apartment Management. Found roaches on the floor in one aprartment
