i love tony's

i don't like tony's pizza i love it. not only is the food great but the staff are so friendly they make you feel like family. i have been eating at tony's since i was 5 years old and its been a family place, a date place, a night out with the girls kind of place, or even a single night out. keep up the good work tony's crew.

Better when the parents owned it

I stopped going there about 15 years ago because of service. 2 years ago i went in and stood there to order and no one would wait on me. So i left after 15 min. I phoned in an order the other day and all went fine. If you don't mind standing in the exit-entrance area. A little confusing at times to get waited on. Your best get is to grab a booth or phone in an order to get anything. Still good food.

TERRIBLE customer service, bad atmosphere, could it get worse????????

Nothing but bad excuses, hang ups for delivery, long waits, etc. Would not recommend to anyone. Not worth the wait for lousy pizza!!!!!
