Please, please, please do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are horrible. They broke more than 14 glass pieces in my house consisting of perfume bottles (the entire cabinet was knocked over and the bottles landed on the floor below) and other precious pieces. They were one-of-a-kind signed pieces given to me by family members and were completely destroyed. The reasons Maid Pro gave were totally bogus (I believe their workers may have done it deliberately) As if that was not bad enough, they were nasty, refused to take my calls, took the pieces away and now refuse to return them. They had an insurance agent call me who was equally disgusting. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM MAID PRO.
