Stylist lied and colored my hair the color I didn't want.

Today I went into the salon for hair color services. I requested an ashy color and made a point of stating that I did not want a neutral or warm shade of the color because my hair pulls red. Guess what?--The stylist, without my prior knowledge or approval, decided to go with a non-ashy shade and my hair ended up red and ugly. When I complained, I was told to never call or visit Leon's again. So, I've filed formal complaints with supervisory agencies and have requested that my bank NOT PAY them for services not rendered.
