Shocked at how camp director handled problems with bus company. He was apathetic, unhelpful, unconcerned that child left on dangerous corner, bus driver had ignorant behavior, child left stranded w/no pickup, etc. Made no efforts at correction or apologies. Very inappropriate behavior.
