Seemed like Dr Coad always pushed for services in addition to just cleaning, it became annoying that we couldn't just go in and get a cleaning, we always had to turn down extras...

I've referred all my family to Dr. Coad. I like the personal service. Sometimes when you get a dentist a tech or nurse does all the work. Each time I go into the office I see Dr. Coad. He explains everything...
