Lived there 5 years ago and now going back

Going back because the apartments are clean and cheap!I rented years ago and they look nothing like they did before. Good to know that a person can still afford to live here in wichita in a nice complex!

Fair price and Clean Living

Like the place, would recomend to anyone. Lots of space and nice basketball court. Always safe, never had any problems when I have been here. The office girls are great and quick maintance guys with security...

Clean Apartments

Good location for us and they have 3 bedroom apartments. Nice layout and good neighbors. Car ports and the storage units are a real deal. Leslie and others are nice in the office and they all live here. Would recomend to families..

Good place, lots of room outside!

Nice staff and quick to help out. The apartments are large and clean. The covered parking is great. They have a great party room with a large laundry room. We will be here for a while.

Simple clean apartment homes

Lots of room outside and in, park like setting with lots of trees and grass. Nice apartment staff and residents. lots of parking and covered parking too. Ask for Leslie, see is great!
