6 months and counting... BEWARE

short version of a long story: I crashed my car dec. 17th 2008 and it was towed to Jordan. It was deemed fixable by my insurance company. It is now june 09 and Jordan has yet to fix my car. For the first 3 months they claimed to be waiting for parts. After visiting them twice in March, they announced they finally had all the necessary parts and were ready to begin repairs. They told me to come back a week later to see significant progress. When i returned the next week nothing had been done and the visit ended with me being verbally harassed. Since then they continue to assure me it will only be a week longer every time me or any of the other parties that are now involved, speak to them. Both Frank and Barry have yet to contact me about the progress of the car and have been nothing but untruthful. They now have had half the repair money and my car for 6 months with no resolution in site. After some research I have discovered I am not the first to report an incident like this with jordan body works. My primary concern is to spare anyone else from experiencing the same saga I still find my self in. I stress to you BEWARE!
