Manager Needs Anger Management Classes!!!!!

Went to WE because my sister won a party...we had her whole party there @ 7:30 and after waiting over an hour they closed the doors leaving a bunch of people (including our group) wondering what was going on. When we asked the manager what was up, he said that they were full, & that it was a 1st come 1st serve basis! When my sister (smallest one in the group) asked for someone higher up than the manager he said he answered to the governor & we could take it up with him. He raised his voice, hands, finger to my sisters face, & was so close to her that their upper bodies touched! This guy needs some serious help!!!
