Don't use Dr. Charlene Slover

Because I lived in Adams County previous and during my divorce, I was forced to use Dr. Charlene Slover for Special Advocate and Child & Family Investigator services due to an overzealous ex-wife who capitalized on Slover's extreme bias towards women when it comes to joint custody battles between parents. I personally experienced a strong bias in favor of women, unethical behavior during interviews, and excessive costs that exceeded original quotes three times - in fact, each of the three services was double what Slover originally quoted. Her reports are untimely, and she cuts and pastes from previous reports that are obsolete, unprofessionally incorporates clients' feelings/emotions into a report to substantiate her gender bias, and appears to cut and paste write-ups from other cases that don't appear appropriate for the specific case in question. During the three year period when we used her services three times, she never found time to drive to each parent's house to determine the environment there, and she would base her life-changing findings/recommendations on a one-hour visit with each family member. FIND ANOTHER SPECIAL ADVOCATE or CSI AT ANY COST who is unbiased, and actually serves in the best interest of the children.
