RUSHED

Bad Attitudes

I have been to Salon Medusa 5-6 times. I have had the same hairdresser each time and left with mixed feelings each time. This time I was not happy and pointed out my disappointed received a sarcastic response. I had my hair redone. When I returned home and got a look at the back of my hair it was varing shades of colors...I called and asked to come in again the next day. When I arrive I was greated with another sarcastic comment until I showed them the problem. They fixed the color as best they could but it is still very sloppy and unprofessional. I am embarrassed as it looks so bad. I will NEVER go back again.
