staff causes loss of patient

Dr. Weiderhold is good, but I cannot seem to gt her staff to correctly bill. I am the insured and I am the patient. Always has been this way. The staff seems to think my husband is the insured and he was the patient....He does nt even see her! I am now frustrated for what is taking 3 months to clear up and I don;t have time for this.

Her Staff and Billing Office are bac

Dr. Weiderhold is a great Doctor but her Staff and Billing Office are to be desired and attention should be brought to the way they treat her Patients. I know of a Patient of hers that told me she can find things out from her staff regarding their medical conditons.The billing staff forever makes mistakes and then blames the Patient and Dr. Weiderhold is told a different story by the staff or billing office and nothing is ever resolved and Dr. Weiderhold would not even meet with me to discuss the matter (per-say) her staff. I don't believe Dr. Weiderhold is even aware of waht all goes on with her Staff. Other than these two issues (which are serious) she is a very knowledgeable Physician and I don't feel never felt she got enough credit for all of her knowledge as a Physician. Unfortunagely I was never given the opportunity to be able to straighten out my issues with her on a personal basis so this is why I left her practice but as a Physician I would highly recommend Dr. Weiderhold. Thank You.

Dr Weiderhold is an excellent doctor. She's easy to talk to and explains things in a way that is very clear; she's thorough and complete. She's just a great doctor. I would highly recommend her to anyone...
