not a bad store...wouldn't go back.

It's not a bad store...the selection is not great, I went for an emergency, but if I'm looking for a good selection I rather go somewhere else. I went about two months ago and the customer service was horrible...now i found out that the sales person was not the owner, I think it was her sister when I asked for a shoe to try she said "that one is $160" assuming that I couldn't afford it. Like i said, and ok store, not worth my time to go back.

MY LAST TRY

Sorry, but they don't have one of a kind on clothing... and yeah the owner "knows" about fashion...she has too, that's her business and job.I bought a purse that was close to $100 and honestly the purse was defective, I went back and bought a clothing piece from the owners collection, after wearing it two times the dress was FALLING APART! I gave it a last chance about two weeks ago, I wanted a stile of shoe that she had, she didn't have my size and when I asked for another suggestion, she was not able to help. THAT WAS MY LAST TRY! Sorry!!!

LOVE IT!!!

I Love Queen's! Undoubtedly THE best shoe store in the AREA. Best prices! Best shoe selection, and although their clothing selection is small, they have one of a kind and stylish pieces you wouldn't find anywhere else! BTW: Great customer service as well! It's true what they say, "GOOD THINGS COME IN SMALL PACKAGES!"

Not worth going back!

Its not bad of a store...but I wouldnt go back, there was nothing is worth going back for. Like I have read I can buy the same shoe at a store that are much more reliable if I need to return something.

Bad customer service

Its SAD to see how people settle for less! Yes, they have cheap shoes however their selection is limited and they dont do RETURS! IT might be a butique but they do have cheap merchandise...By the way one of the workers is SUPER RUDE and has no customer service skills! I went about two weeks ago and the sales girl was super rude, Just shop online, for better prices and better selection!

GREAT Quality

Queen's shoes in Watsonville has a great selection of affordable shoes. For some people, as I read, these are considered HIGH-END Expensive shoes, but that only shoes that these people have no clue as of what is an expensive high-end shoe. Queen's carries middle-end GREAT brands such as Nine West, Steve Madden, BCBGirls, just to name a few, all of which the average price is $60-$100. If you know quality you should know that paying $60-$100 for those brands it's a bargain, I've always found the best prices at Queen's, their shoes are always priced lower than any other stores in the area. If you've never shop anywhere else but Payless shoes, Queen's shoes is definitely not for you. You first have to know what Quality is!

BEST IN THE AREA

Finally something Exciting in Watsonville. For a small boutique, they have a GREAT selection, and great prices for their shoes. The owner is very friendly and she's got a great sense of style. I have to say i was disapointed when reading those negative reviews, obviously who ever wrote them, has not clue whatsoever on quality and fashion. This is not a Discount store or a flea market, it's a BOUTIQUE and they carry name brand shoes that are worth their price!!! I am 100% satisfied with their prices, product selection, but more than anything Customer Service!!!

Great cutomer service

I've been shopping at Queen's ever since they open, and i have to say i am 100% satisfied with their service, prices and selection. I am a business owner myself and I to shop at the LA Fashion District, so for those that don't know, at the LA fashion district you find everything from low-price-low-quality items to the highest quality, even Nordstroms do some of their buying there. I can guarantee you that Queen's have GREAT prices and Great Quality items, but the most important, GREAT Customer Service.

EXPENSIVE

THE PRICES ARE TOO HIGH! AND THE CLOTHING IS POOR QUALITY...A BOUTIQUE SHOULD HAVE BETTER QUALITY, THEIR CLOTHES SEEMS TO BE FROM L.A. (that means they got it really cheap and priced it high)! NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. ZAPPOS.COM OR MACYS.COM BETTER PRICES AND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE :) HAVE A GREAT DAY
