A real surprise

I have been fortunate to eat at some great restaurants all over the world, including Italy. When a friend took me to Mirko's, I was expecting another Americanized version of Italian food. Not that this is bad, just not authentic. Well, this isn't the Olive Garden. Hey, I like Olive Garden, but Mirko's is the real deal. The food was fantastic, and I love the way the two brothers run the place, one in the kitchen and one out front with the patrons. Mirko's truly deserves the success that it has achieved. I only hope that their success won't hurt the quality. I highly recommend Mirko's...even though it will mean that I will have a hard time getting a table the next time I visit!
