GREAT FOOD.... but not so welcoming if you aren't a regular

This restaurant had delicious food and our waiter was very nice. However, the person who sat us (i'm assuming he was the owner or one of the owners) was just short of rude. Keep in mind we have never been there before and were not "regulars" If you're looking for a delicious meal and don't care if you are being welcomed upon arrival, then you will like Roma.
