Would not recommend going there

Had gone to this shop for several years, and was happy with the work although, they take along time to diagnose problem, even with equipment, and keep vehicle for longer than usual. They are always busy and have alot of work waiting. However the last time we went there with a car problem,(almost $800.00 bill) they did not install the parts right that they said we needed, I am not sure we actually did need all the parts that we were charged for, before long we had engine codes come on, could not pass emmissions, etc. and taking it to another place to see what was up, they said it had all 6 cylinders misfiring because oil was leaking onto the spark plugs, due to the repairs we had before (at East co.) not being put in right. It is going to cost so much now, they would have to replace almost all the same things that were done before and the labor, we might as well get rid of the car. Which going back over my East Co. receipts I had bought 2 sets of high end spark plugs from East County at that time in about 1 1/2 yr. I like to go to local places, and avoid dealerships for work generally, due to high prices, but it is better to go to someone who can fix it right the first time .
