3.0 of 5 stars. I do like the Crow's Nest but, and I mean this respectfully, it smells like senior citizens. The chowder is Rhode Island worthy and the clam rolls are very good. I would give it a 3.5 if possible.

Always the Best

My wife and I dine at the Crows Nest 2-3 times amonth. Not only is the seafood fresh, it's well prepared and worth the trip. Even the other dishes are al tasty like the Chicken Marsala. The Prime rib is always delicious. To avoid waiting, call 2 hours ahead of time and give your name. We never wait more than 10 minutes after we arrive when we do this.

WOW!

WOW AND MORE WOW! WE WENT THERE TONIGHT, MY HUSBAND AND I, FOR THE FIRST TIME. WE HAD TO WAIT 20 MIN FOR A TABLE BUT BOY WAS IT WORTH THE WAIT! FIRST WE WERE GOING TO ORDER A SIDE CUP OF CHOWDER BUT FOUND OUT IT CAME WITH THE MEAL... FREE! SO WE JUST GOT A COUPLE OF APPETIZERS. WELL, THE NICE WAITRESS (CAROLYN, YOU'RE THE BEST THANK YOU) BRINGS US ROLLS AND THE CHOWDER. DELICIOUS! NEXT SHE BRINGS THE APPETIZERS... WELL, IM SO USED TO BEING OVER CHARGED AND UNDERFED I WOULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN THE SECOND APPETIZER IF I KNEW HOW BIG THE NACHOS WERE! SO, BY THE TIME THEY BROUGHT THE MEALS, WHICH WE BOTH HAD THE FISHERMANS PLATTER, WE WERE STUFFED ALREADY AND ARE LOOKING AT THESE TWO HUGE PLATES OF FOOD SAYING "NO WAY"! OUR EYES WERE DEFINITELY BIGGER THAN OUR STOMACHES! OVERALL THIS PLACE IS A FANTASTIC DEAL. surf & turf baby!!!

I have been going here for 3-4 years and the surf & turf is always a crowd pleaser/ sometimes there is a wait but u can get around that by call ahead seating

Good seafood

This is a mom and pop type of place and not the corporate designed style. They got some good quality foods especially the seafood selection. The place continues to pack in the patrons every weekend.
