A waste of time

Saw Dr. for the first time first week of September 2008. Waited forever even with an appointment. Rescheduled to next day. At appointment, clearly asked for a request to see a specialist. Signed authorization to request for records from 2 previous specialists. Called 3 weeks later to ask for status and was told rudely if they had any information they'd call me. Nearly 2 months now, called again and was told Dr. never put in the request. Receptionist (Hilda) doesn't even know what Dr. was supposed to request for. When I told her would have tried to help if I knew they were having difficulty getting old records, asked me who I spoke with 'cuz she never spoke with me. Said she'd call the two specialists if I'd hold, I said I would. She then said she didn't have the number of one of the specialists to call, apparently trying to get out of calling as she had offered. Called insurance company right away to switch primary doctor... suggest anyone thinking of seeing this doctor... don't even consider!!! IRRESPONSIBLE! INCONSIDERATE OF PATIENT NEEDS AND CONDITION!
