New Management Rude and disorganized

I live at Waterleaf with my 2 boys. The staff is polite but the manager cannot organize the staff to run the facility properly. I have written several letters to fix the hot tub and the lighting on the b-ball court. No response other than the owner calling me and yelling at me not to complain. The hot tub is not functional because the water level is too high or it is cold because the water level is too low and can't circulte thru the filter heater. AEW and Redhill need to get a manager who can manage the facility. The tenants had to change the nets on the b-ball court after no response from management. Lighting on the court is out and management won't fix it and so it looks like more horrible management will led someone to a severe accident.
