Best of the chains @ Town Center

Always Good

Not Your NaNa's Wok

Bad Experience

We made reservations a month in advance for this particular evening but had to wait almost a half hour to be seated. Ordered appetizers and it took over 45 minutes to receive the first one. Waitress hardly checked on our table. Main course was not brought out for over an hour. Two dinners were missing. Manager came to our table to explain that there was a problem in the kitchen but she did not know what was causing the delays. I believe a manager should know what is happening in their establishment. Once the last two dinners arrived everyone else was about finished with their meal. One late dinner was not what was ordered off the menu but too much time had elapsed already for us to ask for a correction so it was eaten anyway. No rice was brought to the table until everyone was done eating their main course. One child ordered a quick made dessert that the waitress said she would get to her right away. Another 35 minutes elapsed and still no dessert. Mom went and canceled the order. We had been here twice before and had good service and good food. Something went very wrong in the 2 months since we had been to this restaurant. There were 10 of us in the party and we will not be returning. It took over 2 and a half hours from start to finish since we had to wait so long for the service and food.
