Very Poor Customer Service

All the technical know how in the world doesn't make up for poor customer service. I went in for cut and color and had wonderful service from Sarah. Before Sarah got started, I asked her Do you take the Discover Card? She checked with 2 people who said Yeah and Yeah I think so. I said GREAT! Sarah made my hair look great. When I got to the register the receptionist told me Oh no we don't take Discover. I explained that was all I had to pay with. She left to go get the manager. The manager told me "The credit cards we take are on the door". (Sorry I didn't analyze the door before I entered) Anyway, They finally took my credit card, but made me feel like CRAP. CRAP under CRAP!!!!!! I was so upset that I told them to cancel my upcoming appointment and ran out...I hadn't even made a follow up appointment but had planned to before all the trouble. Left message for owner "Jay". I don't expect a call back. RUDE!!!
