Good Allaround Eye Dr Office

Two of my children have recently become patients of this office and we have been pleased with the service and care. Additionally, this practice has several office locations throughout the VB area.

Good Customer Service

We have been pleased with their customer service across the board - those initially answering the phones, the contact lens dept as well as their business office/ins claim dept. They handled our vision claims...

State of the art

The vision care there is the best quality as far as correcting your vision. The eye exams are the most accurate. I have gotten exams elsewhere and they were useless as far as for an accurate prescription. However, I took my prescription to JC penney and got 3 pairs of glasses for the price of one pair at Beach Eye Exam. I believe the reason for this is that Beach Eye Care only carried the most expensive frames, and I do not like having 3 progressions squeezed into one lens - I have a separate pair for driving/bifocals (driving and reading maps); sunglasses for driving and reading maps; and a pair for working on the computer plus bifocals.

Rip Off

Decent eye exam but they tried to sell me progressive lenses for $1100. Plus the frame I picked was $450. I dont care how good the lenses are I would rather spend the money elsewhere. I felt like they were trying to get me in and out. They lack that extra personal touch. Bedside manners need to be better. I give them a 6 out of 10.
