pleasantly surprised!

I was nervous walking in to this salon because it is very big and the name around here is very well known. I get my hair cut by a family member, but I had been getting my hair colored at a place that I was never ever happy with *cough* Scott's *cough* and it was time for a change. Everything was very clean and Dannon was so polite and had a wonderful smile that made me more comfortable. I thought I would feel judged the whole time and I never once had that feeling at all. Dannon talked to me about why I hadn't liked my color in the past and what I wanted to leave with. I had brought a picture and we discussed how to get to this process. I got highlights and an all over color. She got the color on in no time, you can tell these girls know what they're doing, and checked on me a couple times while I had the color on. Her shampoo skills are very relaxing. Since I didnt have a haircut or blowdry appointment, Dannon offered to get me an appointment with someone or they have a blowdry station with all of their products for clients to style their own hair. I opted to style myself and it was very convient. When I checked out I was asked how everything went and I have absolutely no complaints. They price (highlights and all over color on gray hair for $142) was very reasonable for what I got and the way I was treated. My hair looks the best it has been in years!
