Tranquil

The cottages are quaint but well maintaned - and far enough apart that you don't have noisy neighbors. It is a great place to let the world rush by while you relax in a chair with a book. They allow your dog to be in the cottage with you and not to be in a crate - it is a great place for long walks with you dog or with your loved one - they have activites for the kids the grounds are well maintaned and the staff is great on small details - if you need somthing just call the front office and they will assist you I wish it was open year round - now we have to wait until May when it opens again - to the Beach Family - keep up the good work for many more years

Relaxing

It was great - quiet - relaxing - no televisions blaring but you did have radios - limited cell phone service but the cottages have telephones if you have to talk to someone - it was better then a hotel - no noisy neighbors, no one walking over your head - parking right at your door - easy to load and unload luggage - plenty of storage space to store the luggage - I can't wait until May when they open again

Great Time Great People

the staff is great - they are there for you but not "in your face" - no television so it is a great place to read a book - there are radios so you can get the news and they have the local papers in the main lodge there are lots of chairs on the lawn so you can just sit and enjoy the quiet and the lapping of the lake and watch the birds - a great golf course and tennis courts if you want some exercise - had a great time
