Tommy O's Pacific Rim Bistro in Vancouver, Wash. blends flavors of the Pacific Islands with local, fresh favorites. Their popular dishes are made with fresh fish and organic vegetables. Some of these dishes include fresh Mahi, Halibut and the island fish of the day prepared the Tommy O's way.Since Tommy O's specializes in Pacific Rim cuisine, their other menu items include papaya, coconut shrimp, island fish cakes, Caesar salad and the signature beef kal-bi ribs and much more.Catering is another popular treat offered at Tommy O's. Their catering menu has Pacific Rim meals for home entertaining, special occasions and office events.Tommy O's Pacific Rim Bistro also serves breakfast and lunch but when the sun goes down, the mood changes. The dinner and aloha hours offer live music every Friday and Saturday night. The bands play easy listening and upbeat Hawaiian.
