Avoid Bobbi Markus

Bobbi markus calls herself the 'legend' yet doesn't do a very good job on color. Nor does she guarantee her work. I showed her pics of the color I wanted and got something very different indeed. When I called to have her fix it. I was told to wash it twice a day with cheap shampoo and then I would like it. I made many attempts to call her and I had to leave 2-3 messages before I ever heard back from her. When I did she just kind of blew me off some more. Not a good experience, plus she is rather high priced compared to some of the top shops in Vancouver. However,have been told that others stylists in the salon are great! I wish I had been lucky enough to try one of them first.
