This store provides good service close to our location. The staff isn't very personable. They don't always make sure you understand the cleaning methods they are going to use.

We took our year old white comforter in, which was clean except for having been tinted a yellowish color due to age and not being kept in a duvet cover. When we got it back, it came with an extra brown stain...

We took our year old white comforter in, which was clean except for having been tinted a yellowish color due to age and not being kept in a duvet cover. When we got it back, it came with an extra brown stain as an added bonus, free of charge :D This is something that was obviously not there when we dropped it off, due to it's sheer size and color. Owner hasn't been cooperative. Co-workers warned me of this place, I should have listened :(
