Go somewhere else!

A pleasant shopping place

I have been shopping at this store for several years and highly recommend it to other moms & dads. The people try hard to assist you. They know most of the people by first name. They call their consigners to let them know if things they are looking for come in. It feels like you are part of their family. I definitely would recommend trying this shop.

Given plenty of chances

Each time I visit this store I am gravely disappointed by their lack of customer service and selection. Over and over again in the past 6 months I have tried to consign and purchase at this store. Each time I am rudely received (not one person who works there ever smiles at any time even for customers who are regulars) and not one of my clothes has been accepted by this store. Now you may think, I'm just an angry mother with cheap and stained clothes, right? Yeah, I might think that too, if it were not for what I see ON THEIR RACK! I was in their store last week and while I browsed their selection what I saw was disappointing (but common for THIS store). I saw stained clothing, I saw a tommy hilfiger girls shirt with lace around the sleeves completely torn and unraveling in the back of the shirt and generally unattractive clothes which reminded me of the 70's and 80's. I understand that it is this stores policy to take in clothing that is only 'DESIGNER' which is fine, but as a MOTHER who is on a budget, I'm NOT interested in purchasing name brand clothing with rips and stains for the same price that I could go to Spanky's or another consignment store and buy a complete Carter's set. This store has a serious bias and needs to readjust their thinking to their customers. A serious warning to those of you who want to buy something that your child can actually wear, SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!
