shorted me on time twice

I was shorted on massage time twice.Story from front desk didn't match story I got from my massage person after she finally showed up. I was shorted 15 min. because she said she had another client - but when I was leaving over 20 min. later she was still just walking around. Twice I've been shorted - they were snappy to me on the phone when I asked if they accepted spafinder gift certificates. Very rude, unprofessional and you don't get what you paid for.I gave them 5 or 6 chances to see if they might improve but they didn't. I was a good tipper so it couldn't be that. I'm going somewhere else and not wasting any more time and money there.
