BEST BBQ PORK EVER

While I am not a professional BBQ Judge (although I have been asked to be one) I eaten a lot of BBQ from all across the US including Tampa, Florida, Washington DC, Montgomery, Alabama and Houston, Texas. I'll have to tell you that the BEST pork BBQ I've ever had is at Jaymer BBQ in Valrico, FL. The taste is out of this world; so good that when they ask me what kind of sauce I want, I tell them none. I don't want to cover up the flavor of the meat. And no, I am not related to the owners nor do I own stock, it's just great BBQ!

What awesome food. I spent years in Texas and their Brisket is top notch. Also, the Beef Ribs they have on Fridays are huge and delicious. They use a dry rub on the Pork Spare Ribs and Baby Back Ribs. So moist they don't even need sauce. Even the white meat chicken is moist and juicy.
