Pay too much for bad service. Stay away!!!

I went to this salon because my friend told me they did good color jobs. I scheduled an appointment with the owner (mari), when got to the salon another woman worked on my hair instead, while the owner worked on another womans hair. I thought this was very rude of the owner to skip out on my appointment like that. I asked the woman to tone my color down a bit and she gave me a very nasty attitude. Horrible service and the cost for my highlights and the hair treatment came out to be an arm and a leg. This is not a 5th avenue hair salon to be charging the prices they charge and the service is not worth it. Will never go back.
