Very friendly and professional!

I had a differnet experience from the last reviewer. I called at 3am to get my "friend" out and they could not have been nicer or more helpful. I'm sure I'll be using them again soon...sadly but I will alway count on Cagle!

How rude!

So I work night shift and my 1am is your 1pm, therefore I called these guys to ask about the process of bailing someone out of jail and what I would need to bring with me, etc. and the guy answered with a sleepy voice saying "I'm sorry but we're closed. Call back @ 8am when we're open and I'm back in the office. I'm at home and I have my wife in bed" and I was like uh...... ok... WHAT THE WORLD ARE YOU ANSWERING THE PHONE FOR??? How rude and unprofessional! (Then again, it's Union City, what more could you possibly expect?) So... forget about it. There is another bonding co. in UC, I will gladly go to them instead.
