10 year resident and love being here

I read some of those other reviews ahead of me. It makes me think that they might just be grumpy people. I have lived here nearly 10 years. I have had a positive experience. I live near the clubhouse and, like any apartment complex, the back is always noisier and more problems than if you live towards the front. I have lived in several other places and I don't know of any complex that's perfect. But overall, this is a nice one. It's an older complex but the pool is nice and relaxing. I have always had excellent neighbors and never had to complain about any of them. The fireplace comes out of the wall and it's very big and pretty. The balcony is really nice to hang plants from. I may have seen 3 bugs in my apartment the entire time I've lived here. Maintenance takes good care of me. They replaced my dishwasher, washer and dryer since living here. There is a really nice maintenance man, Zeino, and he has been here for a long time and he is quite easy to deal with. They are quick to get things done. The trees are beautiful. I rarely hear a peep out of neighbors. Storage space outside--larger than most places I have seen. As far as a negative, if you opt to go month-to-month, you will pay out the nose. No breaking contracts without paying 2 months of the lease and they charge month-to-month rate if they can't find someone to move in during that time. Everything is incredibly close but far enough not to hear the traffic. I just love it here.
