terrible service/no product received

Be wary of shopping at Costume City. I ordered and paid for a costume that was to be delivered in 5-6 days. I was charged for the product, but 3 1/2 weeks later, have yet to receive what I ordered and paid for. There is no one to talk to by phone (voice mailbox always full) and my 3 emails have gone unanswered. I finally had to call my credit card company to remove/dispute the Costume City charge.

Terrible Experience

I set out online to find a costume store that could deliver a well priced, quality product that I could reach if need be. I have gotten anything but. Though the costume was priced reasonably I still have not received it. I ordered it on the 8th of October - it's now the 23rd. There is no shipping information when I look on the website for feedback nor does anyone ever pick up the phone. I have left messages and sent mutiple emails. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I am not a difficult person to please but this is not the way to run a business. I have a party to go to on Saturday and unless there is a miracle I will be costumeless and certainly not dealing with this company ever again.
