Rude owner, unprofessional ownership

My first experience was a practice updo for my wedding, done by the owner, Janine. She did it up, then she took it down and charged me $60. She said she took the updo down so that my fiance wouldn't see it. Augh! I paid for it. I made the mistake of going back because I was no short on time before the wedding. Never again.
