New Owners not the same service

Since the new owners took over form Cindy the care is not the same. I had a stylist ? cut 2 inches when I told her to do 1/2 inch...no appolpgies at all. When I looked in the mirrow and one side was drasticaly shorter than the other...I had no choice but to let her continue...I will never go back because when I complained the salon owner said "Geee sorry" with no offers for amends.
