Keep Looking

The staff and the Doc started out good but as my as my pregos progresses, so did the amount of time I sat in the waiting room. I usually scheduled my appointments for 7am and would be seen by 8, or later. When it came down to the labor. It was very difficult. For the first 24 hours I was at TCM, I never was seen by the Docs, finally my husband got every angry and Dr. Shalk come to see me. 14 hours after that my baby was transverse and I had a C-Section. Since then, I have learned of multiple people telling the same story, no Doc in site for many hours and the delivery ended in C-Sections. Luckily my baby was fine and I was fine after a few days. I think maybe the practice has lost their focus on the patience and is focusing on the funds the patents bring in. Bottom line, keep looking.

Rude

It is difficult to even get an appointment with a obgyn. Mostly you are referred to the nurse practitioner. Long wait time and rude staff. Staff is unconcerned about personal issues of their patients.
