For some unknown reason, Dr. Charles E. Latham cancelled an appointment I had made for my 12-year-old daughter on the very day of said appointment, and after we spent almost one month waiting to be seen. Besides being totally unethical, it makes one wonder whether there was any subjacent (discriminatory?) reason for such an unfortunate decision.
