It has been a while since I've used David Broadway's salon, but if the man is still alive, well and clipping&curling, he is a styling genious. He gave me the ONLY cut and perm that I have ever really liked in my whole life (and that is a multitude of decades). The perm lasted for a long time, the curls took well, the cut actually fit my face shape, and the style morphed well while it grew out. I loved it and I had a great time while in the Salon too. If I could afford to travel to Toledo for a perm, I would go to see David again. This doesn't mean that anyone in the salon is that great-but I know with his competition background, he at least knows how to recognise talented people. If you can get him to even oversee your changes, you'll be alright. Like I said before-if he is still available in the salon itself, ask for David, it'll be worth any additional cost if any.
