worst haircut

I went in with great expectations since having known the history of the owner and glad she is a native Toledoen. I went in and told the young stylist what I wanted (a long layered look) my hair was about four inches from my waist, and when I walked out, well, my hair was a inch and a half above my shoulders!!!! Not at all what I wanted. The owner was very snobby, even having been old aquintences too. Just an overall poor experience, and I will never go back!!!!!
