Do NOT Board Your Dogs Here!!

When I arrived to board my dogs, I asked when the last time in the evening is that they let the dogs out to go to the bathroom. They told me 4pm. You read that correctly - 4pm! Baffled, I asked what time in the morning is the first morning bathroom break - 6am I was told. I pointed out to the woman helping me that it was a 14 hour time period with no bathroom break. She told me the runs were large and had a drain in them so the dogs could go to the bathroom in the run. ARE THEY SERIOUS? My dogs, I informed her, are fully house trained and would NEVER go to the bathroom in the run. I told her 14 hours w/out a bathroom break was inhumane and that I would NOT board my dogs there - I walked out.
